Downloading time Machine to New iMac with new system. Do I just need my Named Account to be downloaded? Will it include Applications, etc?

Hi MacForMeToo,

You need to move, not download, everything presented for your Mac to be like you left it. This will be Applications, your name (home account), Other Files, and Settings.
