restoring Ipad
I'm talking about my Ipad ,I've been locked out now for almost two weeks ,can't seem to get any head way with getting it restored

Did you try the instructions in here? You must use a computer for this.
If you forgot the passcode on your iPad, or your iPad is disabled - Apple Support
If it didn’t work, explain what happened when you tried it.
