What do I do if my disabled iPhone that I can’t disconnect the airplane or use the control centre or even restore and update it on iTunes?

No. That is NOT what it says.
Plug it into your computer, click on 'restore' in iTunes (or finder), and tell us EXACTLY what the message says.
You may not have a good Internet connection from your PC, and your PC's disk doesn't have space to download the upgrade.
Free up space on your PC's hard drive and try again.
To restore using iTunes, you physically plug the device into the computer using the lightning cable. Airplane mode is irrelevant.
Have you actually tried to plug it in and restore it using iTunes?
How about you tell us what the message says... exactly. "something about" isn't specific enough.
Several times and a link pops up that says something about the internet not working right and having not enough room but I circled and it was fine and my iPhone was on airplane mode and I do have have enough space on it.
Do you understand now or do I have to make the words extremely big for on the pictures? I tried freeing up some space but, couldn’t because I was using a different device and the same account I’m signed into.

Apparently, it's not enough. You need to free up more space. There is no magic that will fix this.
A computer and iTunes are the only way to restore the device.
Why can't you restore it with iTunes?

It says that the network is either not working properly or that the iPhone doesn’t really have much space to restore it.
