So I removed my beta profile and tired getting help with Apple support and I went to my phone plan sprint and I still don’t have the 14.5 gone I want the beta off my phone because the music glitches and my phone has been lagging and ending my face time calls out of no where.

To remove the beta, you either wait until the regular 14.5 is released or wipe and install ios 14.4.
Does anyone know when the regular release is gonna be?
Nope.
Best guess is a week or so.
I want the beta 14.5 off my iPhone
