Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode? Could take 10 minutes.

Safe mode attempts to repair Disks & clears lots of caches & loads safe Drivers, & prevents loading of 3rd party extensions, so if Safe Mode works try again in regular boot.

I have not seen "x86 global reset detected" before.

A Google search did not turn up much useful information.

If this is a panic that occurs when waking up your Mac from sleep, then 1 post I found said they turned off "App Nap" in the System Preference -> Energy Saver. There was no follow up saying that helped or not, so do not put a lot of faith in that answer.

Also, you appear to be on Big Sur, so asking in the High Sierra forum may not be very useful. I'm going to ask the moderator to move this to the Big Sur forum.
