iCloud Doesnt Show Contacts Anymore

I was logged onto iCloud with my MacBook Pro, and when I added a contact, there was a message saying iCloud had an error. However, after re-adding the same contact to iCloud, I no longer have any of my other contacts in any categories. My iPhone XS, iMac, iPod Touch, iPad Pro all show every contact I had, BUT iCloud itself shows no contacts other than the new contact I added. That new contact also shows in all my other devices with all of my other contacts as well. Why does the iCloud Web Site not show all of my contacts anymore?

The Mac book pro had an Apple ID and password and you added a new contact in iCloud.com it showed an error see the article Add a new contact on iCloud.com - Apple Support also If your iCloud Contacts, Calendars, or Reminders won’t sync - Apple Support your contact box might not have been checked in address book

However , iPhone XS , iMac , iPod touch , iPad Pro were synced with each other the contacts box were checked in all of them ( they were signed in with same Apple ID and password on the same network ) .

The web site iCloud is not showing all of my contacts as different exchange accounts are set up with devices like gmail , yahoo ...see the article Add contacts from iCloud, Google, and more to Contacts on Mac - Apple Support

You can select those contacts ( use command and A keys ) from individual groups for respective accounts and copy ( use command and C keys ) and paste them ( use command and V keys ) in All iCloud View contacts on iCloud.com - Apple Support

They will accumulate in All contacts of address book .
