macbook pro keeps disconnecting from wifi

First, my laptop kept disconnecting from my airpods and i had to manually reconnect them constantly, but now it disconnects from the wifi. i try to connect manually, it goes on a spazz saying it’s disconnected then reconnected then just goes to being disconnected. i got this laptop a month and a half ago.
