Macbook Pro 2020 M1 Chip 13 inch Screen Cleaning

Can I clean my retina screen with “whoosh cleaner spray” and “Micro Fiber cloth”? Please respond if you’ve tried this process of cleaning. If so how many times should I clean my screen?
