MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2018) BLUETOOTH issues

My Bluetooth connections are not functioning properly:

My Logitech MX Master 3 for Mac is stuttering
My OS Big Sur, latest update

Resetting Bluetooth Module could solve the issue.

Tried all of this and doesn't work. Also, Bluetooth has difficulties with other devices. The system is fully updated, and otherwise functioning perfectly. So why does Apple only focus on updating the fun stuff and not important issues such as Bluetooth?

The mouse still stuttering.
