No, JSON is not dangerous in any way. It is simply a format for storing data. The JSON files that you deleted were probably created by applications that store data in this format. So, by deleting these files, you have damaged the applications on your mac (yes, this is something to be concerned about). Macs are full of files that aren't created by the person who uses them. Many of these files are vital to the functioning of applications and MacOS. So next time, please do not delete things you don't recognize. If the files are still in your Trash, recover them immediately.

Otherwise, I hope you've backed up your mac properly, because you might have a serious problem on your hands.

No problem. If you do have any issues, you may have to reinstall some apps, or reinstall macOS.

As I said previously, restore from a backup if you have one (Whether your mac is having problems or not!).
