Setup iPhone 12
I have set up a new iPhone 12 using my previous device. iCloud account is logged in. The majority of apps haven't loaded to the new phone. They show as being installed and when pressed the bring up pause download.
It all depends on your WiFi speed, Apple servers and how much is being transferred.
Stay on the same WiFi until done, and/or pause some until others are done then restart the download off more.
