Updated artwork doesn't sync

Hi.

I updated some artwork on MP3 files (save artwork to file itself, not downloaded artwork in iTunes!), which were previously added already to iTunes.

While doing a sync to iPhone 3GS, I noticed that these modified files were not sync'ed, hence, the added artwork wasn't visible in the song.

How can I force iTunes to sync these modified files again?
