I am unable to locate in iMac Safari Preferences where I can bump up the readability of Safari tool bars, history, bookmarks, tabs, location bar etc. Please point me in the right direction where these attributes can be adjusted.

WHY IS THE SYS PREF>GENERAL TAB OUTSIDE THE COMPUTER'S SCREEEN? On a newly updated Nov 12th Safari update, now Safari 14.0.1 Since the update the tabs in System Preferences that are the larger ones, such as "General" have the bottom part of the tab below the bottom of the computer screen on this MacAir mid 2013, Mojave 10.14.6. I do not have the screen zoomed. It means that I cannot access the bottom of this tab and the options there. What can I do to move it further up on my computer screen? Safari > Preferences > Advanced > Asseccibility
