com.torrents-time.helper How do I remove? sharedfilelistd

Changed a setting on firewall and this popped up. How do I remove? Good/bad? Then went down rabbit hole and saw "sharedfilelistd." Significance? Good/bad? Thank you for your help, -MM

Looks like you have some bit torrent software installed. Is this by choice or did this sneak onto your Mac from some other third party app? You may want to run MalwareBytes to see if you have any malware installed and remove it. If this doesn't resolve the issue, then run EtreCheck and post the report here using the "Additional Text" icon which looks like a piece of paper.
