Ipad app store problems

Since updating IOS on my ipad I had trouble loading a game. I deleted the game and attempted to reload it from the APP store. My ipad will not connect to the APP Store. My iphone and Macbook will both connect.

App Store app is not working on new iPhone I have a game Yatzee Addict that was installed on my iPhone 8. I just upgraded to an iPhone 14. I transferred the data but this app immediately crashes when I try to run it. My phone is fully updated, has been restarted several times. The application has been uninstalled and reinstalled. My husband updated his phone and the game runs on his iPhone 14. Seems like it is still trying to run the old iPhone version and not the new one. Any ideas?

I set up my ipad with quick start from my apple iphone but my games did not download??Why? I set up my new apple ipad with the quick start from my apple iphone but my games did not download and show up on my home page?? Why? Can anyone help, or give me info about this, thanks

If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support

My time zone was incorrect but changing it doesn’t seem to have fixed the problem.
