I need to verify my account with my Apple wallet. However, I do not have stayed issued ID or driver’s license. What do I do?

In order for me to use my Apple cash/Apple wallet. It is asking me to verify my daddy identity with my drivers license. I currently do not have a state issued ID should I do or a status your drivers license that’s not suspended. What do I do do you circumvent this process. Is it even possible for me to verify my account without them? I have my birth certificate. Facial recognition works every time. Do you think they’ll be enough verifying for me to avoid this ********.
