I forgot my apple password and my phone number it is linked to is outdated. How can I retrieve my password and reset the phone number to an updated one? Thanks
If you forgot the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get an email option.
If you can recover the password, sign into your Apple ID, and change the phone number in the security section.
