My iPhone 11 heating up while charging, I can feel the heat, should go and exchange the phone? It’s a brand new phone only 4 days old

Why Risk a Faulty Device?
Perform a Return or Exchange:
Overheating is not normal, and is something to be avoided. So, I recommend taking this back for a return, informing Apple (or whoever the seller is) that this appears to be a faulty device.
