How do i backup a locked phone? Haven't used ITUNES in a while so it will ask for password.
Is there a way to back it up with Apple ID?

Nope. If you can't remember the passcode for your phone and you haven't backed the phone up, you will have to erase the phone using your computer with iTunes. Your data will be gone if you haven't backed it up.
