transfer storage from my apple storage to my apple on storage.

I'm a family member on my sister's Apple One account. She just signed up today. All of her parallel apps transferred. (Apple Music, Icloud Storage, Apple +, Apple TV).

I have a few of the same apps. Apple Music, Apple + & Apple TV. have transferred with the exception of iCloud Storage.

In the case of Music, Plus and TV I signed out then signed back in. Do I do the same with iCloud storage. I'm concerned about loosing stored data. Thanks.
