I am being charged $5.29 a month and have no idea what it is for???

Why am I being charged $5.29 a month for the last two months? You deducted it right out of my bank account. ALSO...I do not have a MacBook Pro 15” and that’s what I keep seeing as my device. What is going on??? Please help me. Thank you
