facial recognition not working.

Facial recognition on my Xr. I have the latest software level 14.2.2. I have rebooted, set up an alternative facial recognition, reset the primary facial recognition - none worked. With masks I may have had 5 unsuccessful attempts, but I have no idea on how to reset it.

iPhone XR, iOS 14

You can’t use mask for enabling FaceID
