Apple ID/Switching Phones

I am in the process of switching to a different IPhone. I will be replacing the current Sim card in the new phone with my exiting Sim card to make sure that my phone number and other information carries over. I do have a couple questions before doing so:

When I sign out of all of the devices connect to my Apple ID through my IPhone will it cause any problems with those devices? Right now I have 9 devices associated with one account.

When I delete an Outlook account from an iPhone will it cause any problems to that Outlook account?
