I need help opening a shared note. Once I click open it takes me to mg notes page but doesn’t open or have the note that’s been shared.

Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to the latest version of iOS or iPadOS. Set up iCloud on all of your devices. Make sure that you're signed in to iCloud with thesame Apple ID on all your devices. Upgrade your notes so that you can use the latest features.
