How come my Beats x flash red and white when I try to charge them? Any help or input would be appreciated thanks.

We understand your BeatsX are showing flashing red and white lights, and we'd like to share some information that may help.


It looks like you've already reviewed Set up and use your BeatsX earphones.


Specifically, check out the details below:

"When your earphones are turned on and set up, the LED indicator light on the power button shows how much listening time is left:

  • White: Up to 8 hours left
  • Red: Less than an hour left
  • Blinking red: Needs to charge"


The flashing white light when turning your BeatsX on indicates they are ready to pair.


If you're unable to pair your BeatsX, give the steps under the "Reset your earphones" section a try.
