My account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes. I tried to up load a new payment method but it will not be accepted and there is a message asking me to contact apple support. Can you help?

My account has been disabled in App Store an iTunes. I changed the Apple ID password, uploaded a new payment method but it still requiring me to contact apple support. Can you help?

It can't be enabled from your end or by the people on these boards. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open.
