Adobe Flash Player for IOS big Sur??

Anything that says to use Flash is outdated and should not be used.

And that file download may be malware. Please run Malwarebytes for Mac (free) and make sure it is not, or clean up your Mac(s): https://www.malwarebytes.com/mac/.

No. Abode flash is dead and no longer used.

If you have it installed, uninstall it according to: https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-mac-os.html.

There is no version of flash for any operating system. Flash is gone.

FWIW, "AdobeFnt14.lst" is not a font. It's a font cache file used by Adobe applications.
