Do I send my phone usps or fedex?

Apple doesn't say it here Returns & Refunds - Shopping Help - Apple, however, it does say they do have you print a return label they generate for you so presumably it says on that which shipper it uses.

The return label will tell you.

Based on Personal Experience:

Of all of the times I have ever sent in my devices, it has always been through FedEx.

Perform Send-In Service:

How it Works:

1. Apple: would send you a box
2. You: would sent it to Apple
3. Apple: would look at it, letting you know your options
4. You: would determine whether or not to get it serviced
5. Apple: would service it
6. You: would get the Mac back.

For Thought:
