Watch font colors, and significance of color changes during workout

Watch 6 workout app shows BPM number in grey font. Impossible to read outdoors in sunlight with sunglasses on.


This is especially annoying when my hands are encumbered by exercise equipment, and removing my sunglasses to read the value means interrupting my workout.


Sometimes the BPM value is displayed in white; other times it is displayed in grey. This is when it is impossible to read.

This is so you can highlight a particular metric that you want to keep check on.

During your workout, turn the Digital Crown to highlight a different metric—distance or your heart rate, for example.
