you can make payments to Goldman Sachs.

‘yes you are right my account number is on my checks. But who ever the check is made out to can only cash it for what it is made out for.

‘when you give access to your account to someone they can draw funds directly from my account.

That is why there is so much fraud out there. So I prefer to have my bank send a check for the payment amount each month.

You cannot pay with cash, and a check contains your bank account number and routing number...
