How do I change this setting?

My Apple Watch is set up in my name but recently when I achieve move/exercise/stand goals the name that pops up on the watch is a child’s name This child doesn’t have an Apple Watch or even an Apple ID of their own so I’m not sure how their ID got attached to my device in the first place but I cannot see a way to replace their name with mine for accuracy, posterity and the protection of the child. Please advise.
