Cannot connect to cellular data TMobile since I purchased the ipad
Since day one on my IPad, 10.2 I cannot access the web without WiFi. Cellular data alone (through TMobile) - no internet. I have paid TMobile monthly since I bought this and they haven’t been able to help me and won’t step up to refund me for all this time. When I start up the iPad, it wants a Sim PIN. TMobile attempted a default PIN and this failed. Now they have referred me to Apple. I cannot get any response .
