Cannot connect to cellular data TMobile since I purchased the ipad

Since day one on my IPad, 10.2 I cannot access the web without WiFi. Cellular data alone (through TMobile) - no internet. I have paid TMobile monthly since I bought this and they haven’t been able to help me and won’t step up to refund me for all this time. When I start up the iPad, it wants a Sim PIN. TMobile attempted a default PIN and this failed. Now they have referred me to Apple. I cannot get any response .

If the SIM is locked, you will not be able to access the Cellular network. You usually have three tries to enter the correct PIN, after which the SIM will lock - and you will require a PUK Code from your cellular carrier to unlock the SIM card. If this is entered incorrectly three times, the SIM will permanently lock and require replacement.


As described, you may require a replacement physical SIM card from your Carrier. Only they can resolve your issue.
