Cancel a purchase

I had a subscription that I canceled the day I accidentally purchased it and it’s still trying to charge me. But when i look on my account and I have zero balance. My card is not accepting on Apple ID because I purchased it but canceled it right away. I need that charge off so I can put my card my Apple ID.

Purchases are considered final as you know, but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will cancel it as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
