After so many things I tried on the internet, MY LEFT AIRPOD STILL NOT WORKING 😭. when you open your case with 2 airpod in, it usually pops up something at the bottom of your phone, but mine doesnt do it

Yes, the pop-up is hit-or-miss. Try opening the cover of the charging case several times. Also try leaving it open for awhile:
Charge your AirPods with charging case and learn about battery life
If one AirPod is not working, see this:
1) Try cleaning it: How to clean your AirPods and EarPods
2) See this: How to Fix Connection Problems with the AirPods
3) Full reset: Reset your AirPods
4) Service: AirPods Service and Repair
