You’ve come to the right place. We’d love to assist you with Siri. To clarify, do you experience an issue when trying to access the internet? Also, does this issue occur with multiple Wi-Fi networks or one in particular? Let’s complete the following steps and let us know if you continue to experience the same behavior.
• If "Hey Siri" isn't working on your iPad
• Reset network settings: Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you’ve used before. Please be sure to make note of this information before completing this step.
• Connect to another network
