Did anyone ever get a clear answer from apple about the profile in settings? I can tell you that while on the phone with them, they told me that someone has a profile on my phone. Meaning, someone is seeing everything on my phone from their laptop and changing settings etc. that’s why it shows up and then disappears etc. Device management can allow someone to do the same.
Profile options will exist, only if any profile installed by your corporate / organisation / enterprise / School Management then please contact the system administrator of your corporate / organisation / enterprise / School Management

I have 4 devices none of them have any MDM or profile on my devices
