Hi. My screen shot was working fine then failed. Have rebooted, no change. Want to be able to screen shot using home key and power key as usual. Latest update installed. Is this causing the problem??

Check your Screen Time and Restrictions to see if here is a restriction for taking screenshots. Otherwise, there is no known issue regarding taking screenshots. If the only troubleshooting you have tried is to restart the iPhone, then try doing a force restart too and see if that helps. Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

Thanks. Weirdly after about 8 hours not working it just started working again. I hadn’t done anything different though!!! Didn’t have any issues with my other 4s and 6s ever.
