Resume/Fast Forward option for Apple Fitness+ Workouts

Apple, please add a Resume/Fast Forward option to workouts! My internet went down and there was no way to resume the workout and when I went back into my workout I had to start over! Very inconvenient and HUGELY demotivating!

Custom Workout: How to go to next workout? This may seem like a dumb question but I’ve tried and searched and couldn’t find the answer anywhere. How do you go to the next exercise/cooldown when using a custom workout? I set one with a cooldown after (both have open goals) so it wouldn’t automatically go to the next one. Pressing end just ends the entire workout and does not go to the next scheduled exercise.

Workout Done Only Option How hard would it be for Apple to add some sort of ability for us to resume a workout that has accidentally ended? Really frustrating when you go on like a 5 miles walk and somehow you hit end workout mid-workout and our only option is to hit done and then start a new workout. Come on Apple, its not that hard to allow us to resume as accidents do happen!

No playback options in fitness +?! There is apparently no way to “fast forward” or “rewind” once you start a workout in fitness +, which is INCREDIBLY inconvenient when the device loses connection or the Internet drops or whatever in the middle of you workout there is no way to jump back in where you left off ... you have to start all over again!!?? this seems like it would be simple to implement and a no-brainer in terms of UX?... can anyone help?
