How to disable Systems Integrity on 2020 Mac Mini?

I tried disabling Systems Integrity by going into recovery mode but my 2020 Mac mini (M1 Chip) does not register COMMAND + R.

Does anyone know how to disable Systems Integrity on the 2020 Mac mini?

I'm using a wireless Apple Keyboard and I was able to successfully disable Systems Integrity on my old 2014 Mac mini with the same wireless Apple keyboard.

Recovery startup is different on silicon Macs.

Use macOS Recovery on a Mac with Apple silicon

Start up your computer in macOS Recovery

Choose Apple menu > Shut Down.

Press and hold the power button on your Mac until you see “Loading startup options.”

Click Options, then click Continue.

If requested, enter the password for an administrator account.
