I have a new iPhone se 2020 , when I tried to add an email acct, it said email was restricted, how do I get rid of restriction on email so I can set my email acct.

I have a 2020 new iPhone se. When I try to add my email it says email is restricted. How do I remove the restriction on email?

Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions >

Scroll down to Allow Changes Section

"Account Changes" to Allow
