Wireless connection to BMW CarPlay

When my iPhone 12 links to BMW wireless network (BMW operating system 7) to use Apple CarPlay, it turns off 4G and I loose the internet connection.

After several experiences, I found out that if I turn on iPhone’s hotspot, the 4G becomes active and I have internet connection along with the wi-fi connection to BMW. The problem is since the hotspot connection doesn’t activate automatically, this means I have to go to the iPhone definitions and enter in the hotspot menu every time I enter in the car, which is not very practical.

Anyone as a solution for this?
