Most email clients refuse files over about 20MB and I doubt if any utility will reduce it by that factor.

Try a transfer site like wetransfer.

You can use iMovie and export the video as lower quality such as 720p or lower to reduce the file size of a video. The videos are by default this large due to the fact that newer video qualities/formats take up more storage.
