External monitor hook up

What adapter can you use to hook up a Thunderbolt 2 to a HDMI then to a monitor. This is not the thunderbolt 3 or USB C. This is for a an early 2014 Macbook Air 11 inch.

About the Apple Mini DisplayPort adapters - Apple Support

Those don't go to HDMI but you can buy adapters to go from one of those to HDMI (I have one that does DVI-HDMI) and keep your fingers crossed since daisy-chaining video adapters doesn't always work.
