MacOS software update

I am unable to update macOs on my MacBook Air, Can i get help to do this. Actually what I want to do is to install microsoft 365 on my MacBook Air but I am not able to because the OS on my MacBook Air is macOS HIGH SIERRA version 10.13.6 and prompt says I need macOS 10.14.0 or later version. I need help

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and if your MacBook Air is a 2012 or newer model, click on Mojave. If not, no.
