Just moved over from Android, I used the schedule function quite a bit. I see from previous popular comments that there was no way to schedule a message on an iphone, but that was 2017. Surly they have found a way to include this basic function in 2021 ?

You would have to find an app that gives you that option. Pre-scheduling a text probably isn’t something that is a heavy used option for most people which may be why it’s not a feature most iPhone users feel like they are missing out on
The only apps on the market are paid and difficult to use. Its a fairly basic idea and not difficult. I know it is very common for emails in the business world and cant see why that would not translate into SMS. I hope they look at adding it to the next IOS upgrade or ill be back to android next when Samsung bring out their next flagship.
