bootcamp is not an emulation like a virtual machine or rosetta stone 2, bootcamp is running the operating system right on the "metal" you can't run an x86 binary operating system on an arm based cpu, microsoft has an arm based windows10 but does not sell it to end users, also if ones goal is to run x86 windows games on their arm based windows10 it will likely not perform too well.

You would need an intel mac. If you want windows on M1, You would be thinking to replace the M1 chip with Intel chip in your M1 mac

M1 is not compatible with BootCamp.

If you really need Windows via Bootcamp on a Mac, buy a new Intel Mac before 2022, otherwise look at used Macs. 😉
