You mentioned that the account is stored in iCloud. Are you referring to the username and password for the wrong Instagram account? If so, you can find by following the steps here: How to find saved passwords on your iPhone. Once it's located, tap on it, and select "Delete Password".

From our understanding, you do not want Instagram data included in iCloud backup. For steps on managing your backup, click here: Manage your iCloud storage
