App doesn't show up in settings> notifications, so, I can't turn on/off notifications

I use the app "Notion". I want to turn on notifications, but when I go to settings> notifications, its not listed among the other apps there, so I can't change the settings. I've tried restarting and I also checked if I need to update the app, but I don't. Not sure how to make the app show up in the list.
