Speaker phone and ear speaker

When making a call or receiving one my ear speaker stopped working and the speaker phone option is greeted out

Hello,

Start here:

If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker

Also, if you have an iPhone 7, see this:

iPhone 7/7 Plus Speaker Greyed Out, How to Fix
