Can I trust the app, called “testM - check phone and report”?

This is an app that is in the Appstore. It is meant to check your Iphone or Ipad technically. But I am now afraid that the app is a fraud, because :

it asks to make an account by logging in with my apple account
one of the checks of my apparatus was a check of the working of the touch-finger-ID.

Is it possible that this app knows enough to enter my Icloud? Or my bank?

If you have any reason to suspect that your AppleID Password or iPad Passcode have been compromised, your should change them as soon as possible.
